Let Citizen take care of everything. Our concierge will thoroughly review bills and offer money-saving options tailored to your address.

Do It Yourself:

You can use our digital platform to complete your own utility orders if you prefer to handle it personally.

Upload Confirmations of Service Setup

Whether you choose “Done for You” or “Do It Yourself,” after completing your utility orders, upload your account/confirmation numbers and any relevant documentation through the Move with Citizen portal. Your property manager requires this to verify your utility setup.
