Confirm the cooler is set for the season and the water supply valve is open.

Set the unit to 'Cool' (not 'Vent') so the pump wets the pads.

Allow a few minutes for the pads to saturate before expecting cool air.

Check that the breaker for the cooler has not tripped.

Do not access a rooftop unit; if it still will not cool, submit a request.
