- Dalmatian
- Doberman Pincher
- German Shepherd
- Great Dane
- Rottweiler
- Staffordshire Bull Terrier
- Shiba Inu
- Perro De Presa Canario
- Wolf Hybrids
Canine Breeds That Exceed 80 Pounds:
- Dogue De Bordeaux
- Great Dane
- Great Pyrenees
- Greater Swiss Mountain Dog
- Irish Wolf Hound
- Mastiff Breeds
- Newfoundland
- Saint Bernard
- Perro De Presa Canario
Other Prohibited Breeds:
- All “mixes” that contain any of the above breeds
- Any other canine breed with dominate traits toward aggression or that will be more than 80 pounds when full grown
Tenants may be evicted for misrepresenting any of the above type of dog, as well as for being in possession of any poisonous, dangerous, endangered species or otherwise unauthorized animal. Our animal policies are strictly enforced and can be grounds for eviction.
Special consideration is given to “Service Animals” that assist a tenant with special medical needs (proper and current documentation needed for verification).
