Referral Program Terms
Referral must be submitted at the time of application and include the referring resident's name. Reward issued after approval and lease signing. Referring resident must be in good standing. One referral per applicant. Rent credit applied to the next rent cycle. Gift cards issued within 7–10 days. Agent referral fees require a valid real estate license. Terms subject to change.
