Three ways to get screened

No Pets or Animals
This is a required application process for anyone who does not own a pet or animal. There is no cost to complete the application process.
Household Pets
This is a required application process for anyone who owns a household pet.
This includes dogs and cats and may also include animals that live in cages or tanks, such as birds, hamsters, rabbits, snakes, or fish tanks because of the contained water.
Applicants should contact their housing provider if they need clarification about whether a specific animal must be included.
Assistance Animals
This process provides a secure and HIPAA-compliant way to submit a reasonable accommodation request for an assistance animal, including service animals, emotional support animals, companion animals, and similar assistance animals.
The request will be reviewed by a third-party legal review team to determine whether it meets the applicable HUD Fair Housing Act guidelines.
There is no cost to submit an accommodation request.
Applicants should also be aware of any applicable state laws regarding fraudulent accommodation requests.
